long awaited prayers answered in 2008

Have you waited forever for many prayers to be answered? You know that you have prayed according to the will and word of God...but...how long does it take for God to answer, you ask.

That's where faith in Him and His wisdom kicks in. Darling if we are going to end up in the great hall of faith, ( names are still being added,) we must believe without seeing. Is that so hard? Not if you know how much He loves you. He would move mountains to bless you, and He already has, so many times, hasn't He?

Here is a big 'however'; I am seeing things come to pass that I have believed for, for years. It doesn't matter how spiritual we are, there will always be tests. I love it. Many times I have felt that God was playing a game with me called, "Challenge". Here is how it works, A problem presents itself, then with both of us looking into each others eyes ( I do notice a smile on God's face.) I say to God, "I have done all that I know to do according to your Word, Father, it is your move." Now, here is where the 'challenge' comes in. He seems to be staring at me, with that beautiful smile...but He is doing nothing.

Sweethearts,He has already done everything that needed to be done. At Calvary when the blood of dear Jesus flowed, that Blood announced to the Kingdom of darkness; Sins are forgiven, guilt done away with, all that I have belongs to My children. And, the minute God's promises go out of our mouths, angels pick those words out of the air and are responsible before God to carry out His words of promise.

No time is wasted in God's eye, for the tests are to show us how much we trust Him. But, 'decisions need to be made,' you say. Go ahead and don't be afraid to make a move, You know the nature of God, would He make that decision you are toying with? Here again is faith, my darling. He said He would never leave you, and He wasn't kidding.

Oh, how great is our God, sing with me, "How great is our God..."

One note of joyful thanksgiving, Pastor Lynn Childress and his Prophetess wife, Sheila, hosted a Raising Up Elishas Conference this past week end. Their church is named Agape Christian Fellowship in Alexandria Alabama. Their church is a fully functioning Apostolic Body. What a sight to see, what glory! God was all over the place. How we kept from lifting off I will never know.

God is wanting to show up and show out at every meeting where His people gather in his Name. If it isn't happening at your church, get in touch with us and we will trouble shoot for you. Christ is going to manifest Himself undeniable to the world, so why not through you and your church?

"Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do." John 14:13

What a glorious feeling I have stirring within me. What about you?

Several different ones have said, "Benji, I am feeling the same thing. There is an anticipation in me, and I don't know what or why."

Good news, we don't have to know what or why; we just enjoy the glory of Christ within us. We do know that it is something happening in the heavenlies. That is just another benefit of not being of this earth but being citizens of the Heavenly Kingdom.

Several of you have responded so positively to our Blog. Thanks so much.

Here is what is paramount on my mind right now; The Women of Influence Conference is starting next weekend. As we mentioned in the brochure, we will cover everything from the top to the bottom, everything from the inside out. That's a lot of coverage and I feel a smile creeping across my face when I think about it. When God's women get together in His Name it is usually a party; Lots of laughter, some tears, much understanding and wisdom.

I love being a woman! There is still a sixteen year old girl inside this body, and you know what? I still dream about what and how I want to be when I grow up. One of the saddest states a woman can be in is when she starts acting old; talking about all of her ailments, ( who wants to hear it anyway?) and creeping along like a bag-lady. There is no readon that we can't laugh at ourselves. Hey, we're going to heaven. Our sins have been washed away and Jesus loves us. If those truths don't overshadow everything else, I would say we are in trouble.

If any of this sounds like you or your next door neighbor, get her and come on to the conference next week-end. We will jack you up with truth, turn you around and get you headed into the greatest years of your life. You can't get that out of a prescription bottle.

Do you want to just to talk to someone you know who will pray earnestly for you? We all need someone who really cares. I want to recommend Ronny Dyer. He and wife Jackie are now in association with us and what a devoted couple they are. They are ministers from the heart.
Go to Ronny@TVOTC.org. He is a true prayer warrior.

I feel the Lord is smiling really big when He thinks about you.

Who's the puppet?

We watch the polls and listen intently to the political debates; we discuss with one another who is most likely to win the nomination for President. Back and forth we go. On TV the greatest political minds openly discuss why, what for and how each candidate may or may not win or lose.

Then we pick up God's Word. WOW! Is He the greatest debater of all? You've got it. His wisdom is inscrutable. Our God sees beyond all public reasoning and scrutinizing. He knows the deep and secret things that have to do with the hidden heart of every man.

I feel, even as I write to you, a song welling up from within my Spirit; "How Great Is Our God? Sing with me... how great is our God." How wonderful to know the God of all truth and justice; hear His words from Psalms 25:6-8a:

" For exaltation comes neither from the east
Nor from the west, nor from the south
But God is the judge;
He puts down one,
and exalts another.
For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup...."

Notice, the direction, 'North', is not included in the Psalmist's wording. The north represents the secret place where God's counsel is the deciding factor.

When we see one ruler after another trying with everything in their arsenal of arrogance to overthrow another candidate, when we are shockingly surprised at sudden disgrace, revealed only to gain prominence, we ourselves begin to bend like wheat in the wind.

God's Word makes it very clear that promotion comes not from man's wealth or his wisdom, but God raises up one and puts down another to fulfill His own purpose. He puts into the hands of the one He selects a cup of divine providence; a mixture of mercy and grace for His beloved ones, in times of trouble, and the dregs of shame, heartbreak and disaster for those who refuse His great mercy and scoff at His Lordship.

God is judge. He puts down one and sets up another as He sees fit.

Who will be the puppet in the hand of our God in 2009?
Oh, how the words of God ring so loudly in my ear; "If My people, who are called by My Name will humble themselves repent and turn from their wicked ways...!"

Is it too late? I don't know. Either way, we who declare Jesus as Lord are safe in the arms of our precious Savior and soon coming King, forever...

Expectantly,

Benji
